2012 marks the 9th year anniversary for National Technology Week (NTW), Canada’s annual national celebration of technology careers.
Coordinated by the Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists (CCTT), in partnership with the National Council of Deans of Technology, National Technology Week is the culmination of a year-long program of activities and special events designed to showcase the many exciting career choices available today in applied science and engineering technology.
National Technology Week activities include school outreach programs, promotions and contests and a host of activities aimed a helping students, teachers and parents explore technical careers in 14 disciplines including:
